Our Policy Overview

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please Note: Due to the personal and hygienic nature of certain products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
  • “Baby’s 1st Christmas” ornaments and decorations, as these are often personalized and cherished as keepsakes.
  • Any Christmas Novelties or food-related items from collections like Candy Land that have been unsealed.
All Christmas Lights must be tested upon arrival. Returns for lights are only accepted if they are defective and reported immediately.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our friendly customer support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure you provide all the necessary information.
  2. Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  4. We Process Your Request: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines and Methods

Your happiness is our priority. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
    • 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit/debit card statement.
    • 24-48 hours for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
  • Exchanges: We will ship out your replacement item as soon as possible, using the same shipping method your original order qualified for (Standard or Free Shipping).
