We work diligently to get your festive treasures to you as quickly as possible, no matter where you are in the world (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. Each item is lovingly inspected and packaged to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly during peak holiday seasons.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on most items within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Important Exceptions
To ensure the safety and sanctity of certain special products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- “Baby’s 1st Christmas” ornaments and decorations: These cherished keepsakes are often personalized and hold significant sentimental value.
- Unsealed Christmas Novelties or food-related items from collections like our “Candy Land” series.
- Christmas Lights that have been tested and are functioning properly. Returns are only accepted if they arrive defective and are reported immediately.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our friendly customer support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure you provide all necessary information.
- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 48 hours with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to ship your return. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Timelines and Methods
Your happiness is our priority. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return.
- Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
- 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit/debit card statement.
- 24-48 hours for the refund to appear in your PayPal account.
- Exchanges: We will ship out your replacement item as soon as possible, using the same shipping method your original order qualified for (Standard or Free Shipping).
